I saw the partial solar eclipse this morning and figured it was the perfect way to wrap up MOONWEEK.
40 years ago this week America landed the first people on the moon. It’s such a fascinating journey to our closest celestial neighbour. I can’t wait till China sends the first Taikonaut (Chinese Astronaut) to the Moon, if only to sort of relive the amazing event that captivated the imagination of the entire globe 40 years ago. Will he / she eat Moon cake on the moon?
For those interested in the moon check out this very well put together website illustrating in real time detail the epic journey to the moon 40 years ago. I recommend you visit just to experience what a full flash website should look like.
