two days ago, i went to a very interesting restaurant in hong kong called “classified” from the makers of “press room“, “S/M/L” and many other very fine eateries, this particular one was very interesting to eat “ham & cheese” i got to pick my own cheese from the fridge, there was sixteen different types of cheddars and the rest i wasn’t sure what they were but very interesting experience.
