i really wanted to dedicate this blog post to kanye.
kanye is one of the most talented people that i know and respect, i have been following his music since the college dropout and even when i hear the songs now it still has me bumping. on my way back from tokyo i was listening to “Welcome to Kanye’s Soul Mix Show” his official mixtape, you guys should check it out if you haven’t already but still has me excited til this day, and more recently SPIKE JONZE rendition of “WE WERE ONCE A FAIRYTALE” is also a very interesting short movie.
i know recently kanye has gotten in a bit of trouble at the MTV VMA’s been come on guys, the show is on MTV, its suppose to be entertainment, i don’t think we should all take this ordeal too seriously, kanye is a great person with a great heart, he’s actually super chilled and mellow when you meet him, and so i think the media really puts him out to be this supervillian when he’s just like you and me, we all make mistakes, but who are we to judge one another? i for one know scandals, they always try to bring down the brightest most talented people, and for what reason? for us to realize how self serving our society has become and don’t want to see people succeed?
so in closing, i really just wanted to say kanye has my full support, i love his music, and his sense of fashion and his personality, and hong kong and china will be waiting for you whenever you decide to come here next.
i think we all should put down our prejudices, and judgement, as Abraham Lincoln once said and i quote
“with malice toward none, with charity for all” and
“Judge not, that ye be not judged”
so with that i would like everyone to keep an open mind, and to put all the hatred aside and enjoy our fellow humans as neighbors and treat each other with love and peace.

tokyo is really like a dreamland to me, beautiful structures, the cultures attention to detail and perfection, it never gets old no matter how many times i visit. and to see all the people that are transitioning from when i first met them til now, its kind of surreal.
