I made this for dinner last nite…
usually you only get to order “SHRIMP FRIED RICE” at your usual restaurants….
but in ACU we make things special….
FRIED RICE WITH “DRIED SHRIMP” w/ GREEN ONION GINGER
DRIED SHRIMP : is a kind of preserved shrimp (DRIED UNDER THE SUN)…..which has a very unique salty taste.

btw DICK who is my shop manager is the PRINCE OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE!!!!!
he is the one to ask where good food is…..

but did you know he is a super food lover….
anyways this was the first time me and tommy was in jp together…
it was a super fun time….
we walked everywhere looking for his lost sushi restaurants…..
everytime we seem to find the place where he has been to before it is closed!!!!!

YES!!!! tommy was indeed looking for a good place but seems like they have all been closed down…
we did found an “ok” place…..and this is what happened!!!
